Updated master suite and reconfigured bathroom to make it more usable. We removed the existing shower and toilet room and designed a bigger shower. We moved the toilet into its own space. A custom built-in cubby for storage and a paper holder were added. We made the closet bigger by closing in the built-in TV cubby from the living room. New tile was installed on the floor and tub surround, and a custom-built vanity was added. Custom bedding, headboard, draperies, and custom built-in for the TV/fireplace/dresser were added. New carpet, paint, and light fixtures were installed. 

 

Updated living room and dining room. In the living room we removed the brick from the fireplace and designed custom tile inlays and stainless steel shelves to make a focal point in the room. The awkward walls made for an interesting way to pull the area together and make a great focal point in the room.  Custom draperies, new blinds, new furniture, and custom designed stair railing were all installed. 

 

New furniture was purchased for the dining room and custom floating cabinets were installed to frame the window. We removed a rounded column and framed in a square column. We also designed a frame for around the upper window above the new front door. New carpet, stained hardwood floors, and tile were added to the dining room floor. 

 

Updated guest bathroom.  This bathroom had recently had a new countertop and tub/surround glass door. We wanted to do an update without spending a lot of money. We reused the tub/shower surround and glass door, existing vanity cabinet, countertop, and faucets. We tiled the walls above the vanity and the walls above the tub surround. We changed the lighting from recessed cans to hanging pendants, painted the vanity cabinet and walls, and added new glass sinks in the vanity.

Den and Laundry Closet. This project included adding custom cabinetry and backsplash in the laundryroom and updated the den with paint, furniture and accessories.
