Living Room / Dining Room / Guest Bathroom 

 

The client had two awkward rooms which were open to each other, but she didn’t know how to utilize the space. We opened the two rooms as much as possible by installing a support beam and then added new faux beams to tie the two rooms together. The fireplace brick was removed and stone installed.  New furniture, custom window treatments, carpet, paint, and accessories now make this a cozy and inviting space. 

 

In the dining room, the client wanted to reuse the existing dining table, chairs, and buffet. We installed new flooring, paint, and custom window treatments, as well as recovered the chairs and accessorized the walls to update this space.

 

In the hall half bathroom, the client wanted to use the existing vanity cabinet and countertop. We changed the mirror, lighting, paint, and accessorizes to update this space.
